630pm club hOpe has help create this community event called "The Summit" as an opportunity for area people to gather and consider the issues related to social divides and conflict.
The Summit will be facilitated by Seth Naicker who grew up in the final years of the apartheid system in South Africa during which racial divides were enforced by law. Seth has traveled from South Africa to lead this event! Seth is active in youth, church, community and corporate leadership development in his native country. Using the South Africa story as a backdrop, Seth effectively assists our community in developing an understanding of their own personal backgrounds and values. The goal is to provide an experience that encourages participating community members to be leaders on their own daily lives in addressing divisions and conflicts among their fellow co-workers, friends, and family members.
