The Great Maquoketa Scavenger Hunt

Join the Maquoketa Area Chamber for the 2nd Annual Great Maquoketa Scavenger Hunt (social distancing-style) on Saturday. May 1st from 9:30am -Noon! Solve the clues to discover the secret locations as you explore the Maquoketa area! 

 

$15 per person (includes event t-shirt if registered by April 15th)                                                                        
Children 5 and under are FREE (t-shirt not included)

HOW IT WORKS:

Beginning at 9:30AM on the day of the hunt, pull into the parking lot behind the Maquoketa Chamber office where our friendly volunteers will be there to provide instructions, t-shirts, your list of clues and your "swag bags". You’ll then be asked to take a team selfie to be used on our Maquoketa Chamber social media. You will have 2 hours to solve the clues and travel to as many locations as you can! As you find the locations/items on the list, you will take and post a photo of each to Facebook OR email your photos to our Chamber so our volunteers can track what you've unlocked! Each team should nominate one person in their car to post/share photos.

**We ask that you stay in your car to take the pictures of items you find unless instructed otherwise.**

**You MUST follow all traffic laws**

Each team that completes the mission will be entered in a drawing for $100 in Chamber Bucks!

All registrations must be completed and payment processed online at our Maquoketa Chamber website no later than Friday, April 30th at Noon. Free t-shirt included if registration is received by April 15th.
