The Art of Rose Frantzen & Chuck Morris
Portrait , Landscape, Still-life Oil Paintings by Master Artist Rose Frantzen are on display daily. This Maquoketa artist painted 180 residents of Maquoketa titled "Portrait of Maquoketa" that was exhibited at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC. In 2013 a hanging landscape of the town of Maquoketa was added to this exhibit. The "Portrait of Maquoketa" is now owned by the Figge Museum in Davenport, Iowa. Also on exhibit in the Old City Hall Gallery are paintings by Artist Charles Morris and Pottery by Sylvia March.
