Songs of Home | Loras College Choirs

This family-friendly event takes listeners on a journey through the feelings and sounds of home. Sunday, November 17 @ 2 PM Free and open to the public. Adult suggested donation. The Loras Choirs, under the direction of Dr. Michael Bagby, invite you to join us on Sunday, November 17th at 2:00pm for this family-friendly concert reflecting the sounds and feelings of home. A reception will follow immediately afterwards hosted by the Maquoketa Art Experience. Songs of Home features choral favorites by Holst, Ticheli, and a brand new arrangement by Bagby. Reflecting on memories and dreams through music, the Loras Choirs take listeners on a beautiful journey with familiar tunes including “What A Wonderful World” and “Shenandoah.” You are sure to walk away humming!
