OWLS - Skunk Cabbage Hike

OWLS: Skunk Cabbage Hike Swiss Valley Nature Preserve and Nature Center 13606 Swiss Valley Road Peosta, IA 52068 Let’s hunt for the elusive and undeniably bizarre Skunk Cabbage in the Hanging Bog of the Swiss Valley Nature Preserve. The trail to the bog is roughly a mile long and is a basic to moderate difficulty level hike. Be sure to dress for the weather and be prepared for mud. Participants are welcome to pack a lunch to enjoy at Swiss Valley Nature Center after the hike. All adults are welcome to join us for the OWLS group!
