Getting the most out of Performance Evaluations

This practical program will assist managers with:
* Using the evaluation as a performance improvement tool;
* Focusing on coaching rather than emphasizing the form and ratings;
* Involving the employee in the process;
* Making the evaluation a positive and motivating experience;
*Delivering constructive feedback to address performance issues;
*Look at evaluation as an ongoing process built around just-in-time feedback.
The training program will be highly interactive with an emphasis on group discussions,
role-plays, and hands-on exercises.

The session will be led by Bruce Fisher. Bruce holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology and has spent roughly 40 years consulting to companies in the areas of leadership development. He is presently a Partner at the Chicago-based consulting firm, Strategic Talent Solutions.
