This group made up of local musicians from Maquoketa and the surrounding areas will be playing all of your favorite songs from Loretta Lynn, Emmy Lou Harris, Patsy Cline, Linda Rondstadt and many more! Songs you may not have heard in a while and didn’t know you were missing! Come join Lori Gravel and the Timber City Ramblers for a great night of music and fun!

The group includes, Lori Gravel, Lead Vocal, Curt Lichter on drums, Mark Lyon on bass guitar, Scott Dalziel lead guitar, Mark Oberfell stringed instruments, Shawn Vazquez on piano

Lori Gravel has been singing for 45 years, doing weddings, funeral, & band gigs. She has been singing in bars for 30 of these years with my dear friend Nutsy Turtle (Jim Leick). Lori tried out for the National Finals Rodeo Anthem Contest in 2013, and has also won the Country On The River Contest in 2015 to represent WJOD in Prairie Du Chein, WI.

At the Ohnward Fine Arts Center Lori has sung with David Brooks in 2017. She has had the opportunity to be onstage with Bennie Wheels in 2019 portraying June Carter Cash, for the Johnny & June Carter Cash Show. Then in June of 2021, Benny Wheels asked me to be part of his Cash/Cline Show to which she portrayed Patsy Cline for the first half of the show.

In January of 2022 we created the Group, “Lori Gravel and The Timber City Ramblers”. Then in May 2022 she portrayed Patsy Cline in the “Rock N Roll Heaven” show featuring Everett Dean.
