Jackson County Alzheimer's Walk

Inviting all generations to participate in our 4th Annual Jackson County Alzheimer’s Walk.  Their goal is to raise over $10,00 and host over 100 walkers!  Money raised will support research, trial match groups, local advocacy and support groups.  Let it be our goal together to be the generation who witnesses an Alzheimer’s SURVIVOR!
1. Recruit your walking team         2. Complete walk forms            3. $25 to walk
Forms available at:  YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, Maquoketa State Bank & Clover Ridge Place  You can also request one of these places to mail you a form as well.

Two Raffles - One Cause...
Raffle One - Four Different Prizes - $1 per chance or 6 for $5
Raffle Two - 50/50 Drawing - $10 per chance ro 6 for $50 - Winner will receive 1/2 of the money collected.
All proceeds for the raffles will be donated to the Walk to End.
