Inviting all generations to participate in our Annual Jackson County Alzheimer’s Walk.   Money raised will support research, trial match groups, local advocacy and support groups.  Let it be our goal together to be the generation who witnesses an Alzheimer’s SURVIVOR!
1. Recruit your walking team        
2. Complete walk forms           
3. $25 to walk
Forms available at:  YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, Maquoketa State Bank & Clover Ridge Place  You can also request one of these places to mail you a form as well.
