Event Description:

You've got deer meat in the freezer, now what?  Join us at Hurstville Interpretive Center!
Conservation staff will walk you through the process of butchering, preserving, and preparing venison dishes that are sure to please even the most picky eaters.  

Three dishes will be prepared: a roast, a loin, and ground meat that will be enjoyed as an appetizer or a main dish.
